We just had the most wonderful experience with Pulido Cleaning & Restoration. The 2 technicians (Nino & Zack) were absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. Right away they asked if we’d like them to wear booties in the house and we appreciated that so much since we don’t typically wear shoes in the house. The technicians listened to our concerns and got to work right away. We were informed of each step of the process taking place and educated on the purpose of each piece of equipment (thermal heat imaging, moisture detectors, and more)being used. They were very open, honest, down to earth and made a stressful situation more relaxed. Big thanks to Zack and Nino! Such a wonderful experience, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using Pulido Cleaning & Restoration, especially if this is the kind of service they’re putting out for their customers, as this is the type of service everyone deserves. I reviewed many local businesses in reference to cleanup, repair and renovation for my home after a flooding incident. My choice in choosing Pulido Cleaning & Restoration was solely based on their exceptional client reviews. The Operations Manager is Mike Fuentes. He assured us that everything would be taken care of. I understood that all stages of cleanup and restoration would take time and that the outcome would be satisfying. He indeed made sure that we were cared for and the results thereafter were exceptional. We were assigned Juan Martinez, who was our Project Manager. Not enough can be said, or expressed with accolades about him. From start to finish he oversaw this assignment with attention to detail, mindfulness and forethought. Any questions I had inquired pertaining to material or outcome of restoration, he would answer, or research for resolution. His knowledge in every stage of construction was exceptionally astute. His professionalism is obviously an invaluable asset for Pulido C&R. The subcontractor for the floor installation, drywall repair, painting and kitchen restoration was comprised of a father & son duo (Alfredo Sr. & Jr.). Their knowledge and tradecraft is nothing less than exemplary. I observed no shortcuts in their day-to-day work, but rather extraordinary detail, cleanliness and pride in their skills. Pulido Cleaning & Restoration (PCR) is obviously a professional, competent and highly regarded company. Their staff and their subcontractors are obviously well screened, experienced and proficient. Andrew and Antonio made the nightmare that is mold easier to get through. I am pregnant and renting; just one month after moving in we discovered mold in a cabinet. A&A were prompt, clear, empathetic, kind and honest about what to expect. We appreciate their service and would recommend them the anyone who faces the need for mold removal.

Gabe and his team have been amazing! My fence had fallen due to unexpected weather and I had just moved to the area. My husband was on deployment and we had huge chunks of our fence that had fallen and two dogs that could not longer be safe in our yard, so needless to say I was at a loss but Pulido came to the rescue! From start to finish he was so patient and went above and beyond to help and gave us exceptional customer service every step of the way. They even set up a temporary fence so our dogs could get back into the yard and finished the job quickly. I am so glad we got referred to them by USAA and would definitely reccommend them to anyone you wont be dissapointed!
