Recently I experienced in a part of my home what I have dubbed “The Great Flood of 2025.” My insurance company put me in touch with Pulido Cleaning and Restoration. They came out the same day! Now it’s been a couple of weeks and I can tell it’s gonna take some more time to get everything back to square one. But I gotta say that the guys who have been on the job, Daniel, Alex, and especially Joel, have been super nice and super easy to work with.

I initially reached out to Daniel and his team to take care of a mold issue I had in several buildings. He came out and did a thorough walk through and a quote for the work. He pointed out areas that we could fix ourselves and really helped by telling us regulations and what we did and didn't need. He connected us with a company that could quickly get some testing done so that we didn't hold up the project. We officially started in May, and completed in September; a full month ahead of schedule. On top of Daniels professionalism his crew, Alex and Joel, were super respectful of rhe properties and requirements of our facilities. The service is great, and the prices were some of the best around. I highly recommend these guys for your remediation needs.

These guys came back for round two on my second house leak. Had such a good experience with them the first time that it was a no brainer to call them again to help. Joel and Alex did an awesome job with their work and Daniel coordinated everything with me while I was out of the state. Can’t recommend this company any more than I did last time. If you get paired up with Daniel, rest assured he’s going to take care of you. And big shout out to Joel and Alex for being pros and having pride in their work.

I called Pulido and scheduled inspection for some water damage to my ceiling. Daniel and Andrew came out right away and provided the inspection and provided there recommendation and help me find a plumber and took care of the process. I will recommend Pulido to all my neighbors great service.

Andrew, Danny, Nino and Daniel were professional, on time and very attentive to detail. Water damage is not always visible and they were very thorough and able to explain the process from start to finish. It’s often hard to know who to trust in home repair but this crew’s professionalism and attention to detail fostered that trust from the beginning. Would definitely use again.

I called when I had a toilet leak i turned water off and called Pcr talk to Danial he sent crew out within and hour to dry out walls and remove wet areas took a few days and Andrew came out and checked progress every day they worked with insurance company and got the job done great service Ken N.

I used Pulido back in 2014 and the services were excellent and the reason I contacted Pulido’s again with our roof leak with water coming into our kitchen and dining room. Daniel was the initial contact and he shared with me what his technicians would be doing. Danny was the first technician that came out and started the containment. Then more technicians arrived. Nino and Andrew helped get everything contained and got all the blowers and air purifiers going. Each one of these young men went above and beyond to make sure we were safe as we had some medical issues going on in our home with à family member. Over the weekend, Zack came out and checked both area of containment and reassured me that everything was looking good which certainly helped my stress level. When everything was dry, Pulido’s technicians were back and finished up this part of the job in a very professional manner. I would absolutely recommend using Pulido’s for these type of services. Adrian from Pulido’s was out to do an estimate on the reconstruction. We’re now awaiting the ok from the insurance company to move forward and put everything back together with drywall, texture, and paint. Then rehang the cabinets. I will be using Pulido’s technicians for this part of the job as well. As you can see from the pictures we’re all buttoned up till the drywall starts. I can now use my kitchen again. Again, you can’t go wrong with Pulido’s

I woke up in the morning with a flood on my lower floor. I called my Home Owners Insurance and they sent out Pulido Restoration. Let me say this!! The mitigation team was amazing. They were patient, thorough, professional and totally empathetic. Andrew went above and beyond to walk my husband and I through the process. I have little kids and he made sure to handle the home environment with care. Danny and Nino were exceptional and very polite. They made sure they said hello to my children and my children said hello about 15 times in an hour. Lol.. It’s hard to welcome strangers into your home but from day one Andrew, Danny and Nino didn’t feel like strangers. Pulido did an awesome job when they hired these 3. I can’t forget about Daniel. I never met him but he was very prompt with returning my calls and answering all my questions. Thank you gentlemen ~The Rivers Family

Had a leak in an inaccessible area under the kitchen sink that caused water damage to the surrounding area. I gave Jami a call, and he had Daniel come out ASAP to check it out. Right away he had a team of guys - Andrew, Nate, Will, and Zack come out and start getting everything fixed up. It’s still a work in progress, but they have been awesome so far and I expect they will keep it up until the work is complete. I highly recommend them!!!

This Review is a little past due, but this was so important to me I needed to write it. Last year in June my husband. past suddenly, a couple of months later my kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway flooded. Still, my mind was not capable of making big decisions. My homeowner insurance call the Pulido team and 15 minutes later Daniel and his team, Andrew, Zach, Jordan, and Nino made things happen. I didn't want to leave my home and they were so kind as to assure me that I could stay if I could tolerate the fans and hammers noise:) I was honored to have the team in my home and they were very respectful of my concerns and time. I had a leak in the Kitchen under the sink, it was BAD. Lots of water damage to the center island. I worked with Daniel and Jeromy from Pulido for the Mitigation of the water damage, for a water leak in my Kitchen. Him and his team were great! They are very professional and respectful, always calling ahead before they show up. They helped me understand the process from start to finish. These guys know their stuff and can be trusted. They also too special care to not damage anything in the surrounding area. Mitigation finished today, now on to the repairs... which I will be using them for this part of the job as well. I'll update the review to include that once it's been completed.

I don't know what we would have done without Pulido and their wonderful crew. I live with my elderly mother. We found that we had an extensive water/mold problem throughout most of our home due to previous unrelated repairs by an unprofessional contractor. Because of our horrible experience with this contractor and the physical toll it was taking on my mother, I did extensive research and then met with 4 different restoration companies. PCR was the most professional and understanding from the very first meeting. We worked with, I believe, all Pulido's different departments; remediation, repair and restoration/cleaning. The bottom line is, Pulido did what they promised...put our home back to the way it was before the damage. Actually, even better. Their estimates were competitive and they did not go a penny over the estimate/contract although the extent of the mold could not be fully determined until they removed parts of the wall in almost every room. In fact, they did extra work at no charge. On top of that, we paid less than estimated for the final restoration and cleaning and they did an incredible job! I could go on and on about all the special and extra things they did that I don't believe most other companies would do. I cannot finish this review without thanking everyone I worked with because each and every one had a hand in doing an excellent job and getting us back in our home (I hope I don't miss anyone): Jennifer, Ashley, Daniel, Mike F., Mike J., Chris B.
