My project is still in the process but the first part (demo and drying and estimates) is complete. I gotta say, the team who started the first part, Andrew, Nino and Jeremy were really on top of it. Very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and of course very accommodating in which they timely manner of when they could arrive in continue to do what they needed to do, especially Andrew. He was the star of the show. I would definitely give him a call if I need anything else for sure. Now I await for part two for the second team to finish up the project, the repairs. And if they are anything like the first team, I will be back to give them yet another great review

Sorry for the super late review Jeremy was a savior for my flooding last Easter! I was tempted to call one of the places that you see on commercials ALL the time but I gathered myself and decided to use my go to Yelp. Being an Easter Sunday, I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to get anyone over that day. Lucky me Jeremy lived close by and saved my damage! I'm just finishing up my home repairs due to my water damage but Jeremy and Pulido got me off on the right foot! Thanks Jeremy

I had a leak in the Kitchen under the sink, it was BAD. Lots of water damage to the center island. I worked with Daniel and Jeromy from Pulido for the Mitigation of the water damage, for a water leak in my Kitchen. Him and his team were great! They are very professional and respectful, always calling ahead before they show up. They helped me understand the process from start to finish. These guys know their stuff and can be trusted. They also too special care to not damage anything in the surrounding area. Mitigation finished today, now on to the repairs... which I will be using them for this part of the job as well. I'll update the review to include that once it's been completed.

I recently had an AC company cause water damage to my home. The AC Company called in Pulido for drying services. Jeromy from Pulido showed up within 15 mins of being called out! Jeromy was nothing short of respectful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and really took time to explain the process of how this all works to me. The process took a few days and they personally came out to check on it everyday, and make adjustments as necessary. Later on Suzy and her crew came to estimate the repairs, and again they were nothing but professional and understanding. Suzy took time explaining her portion of the restoration process as well. I'm not sure if they will do the restoration, but I hope they do. I would gladly recommend this company to everyone I know.

Excellent team. John Ullerich, Zach, and Jeromy. They were all friendly and knowledgeable. Very polite and stayed focused on the work. Wonderful referral from USAA. So glad they will be doing all the work. I had a leak and a big cleanup upstairs and downstairs. Highly recommended.
