We used Pulido for the second time. They don’t disappoint. Juan, Ramon and Alfredo always take great care of us. We specifically requested Juan as our project manager this time, because he was so great the first time around. I’m glad he brought his team back to deliver impeccable work. They are very responsive to texts and any concerns. I wouldn’t trust any other team with a home restoration projects. Thank you Pulido, for all your hard work.

I reviewed many local businesses in reference to cleanup, repair and renovation for my home after a flooding incident. My choice in choosing Pulido Cleaning & Restoration was solely based on their exceptional client reviews. The Operations Manager is Mike Fuentes. He assured us that everything would be taken care of. I understood that all stages of cleanup and restoration would take time and that the outcome would be satisfying. He indeed made sure that we were cared for and the results thereafter were exceptional. We were assigned Juan Martinez, who was our Project Manager. Not enough can be said, or expressed with accolades about him. From start to finish he oversaw this assignment with attention to detail, mindfulness and forethought. Any questions I had inquired pertaining to material or outcome of restoration, he would answer, or research for resolution. His knowledge in every stage of construction was exceptionally astute. His professionalism is obviously an invaluable asset for Pulido C&R. The subcontractor for the floor installation, drywall repair, painting and kitchen restoration was comprised of a father & son duo (Alfredo Sr. & Jr.). Their knowledge and tradecraft is nothing less than exemplary. I observed no shortcuts in their day-to-day work, but rather extraordinary detail, cleanliness and pride in their skills. Pulido Cleaning & Restoration (PCR) is obviously a professional, competent and highly regarded company. Their staff and their subcontractors are obviously well screened, experienced and proficient.
