I reviewed many local businesses in reference to cleanup, repair and renovation for my home after a flooding incident. My choice in choosing Pulido Cleaning & Restoration was solely based on their exceptional client reviews. The Operations Manager is Mike Fuentes. He assured us that everything would be taken care of. I understood that all stages of cleanup and restoration would take time and that the outcome would be satisfying. He indeed made sure that we were cared for and the results thereafter were exceptional. We were assigned Juan Martinez, who was our Project Manager. Not enough can be said, or expressed with accolades about him. From start to finish he oversaw this assignment with attention to detail, mindfulness and forethought. Any questions I had inquired pertaining to material or outcome of restoration, he would answer, or research for resolution. His knowledge in every stage of construction was exceptionally astute. His professionalism is obviously an invaluable asset for Pulido C&R. The subcontractor for the floor installation, drywall repair, painting and kitchen restoration was comprised of a father & son duo (Alfredo Sr. & Jr.). Their knowledge and tradecraft is nothing less than exemplary. I observed no shortcuts in their day-to-day work, but rather extraordinary detail, cleanliness and pride in their skills. Pulido Cleaning & Restoration (PCR) is obviously a professional, competent and highly regarded company. Their staff and their subcontractors are obviously well screened, experienced and proficient. What began as an unfortunate incident of water damage turned into a stunning transformation for this home’s kitchen. Instead of simply restoring what was lost, they took the opportunity to re-imagine their kitchen space entirely. The remodel began with a thoughtful design plan that introduced a two-toned cabinet scheme, adding both depth and modern elegance. The cabinets, crafted from white oak, bring warmth and a touch of natural texture, while the cabinets, finished in a soft, light green, create a serene and inviting ambiance. To complement the cabinetry, the homeowners chose stunning quartz countertops with subtle veining that seamlessly tie together the light and earthy elements of the kitchen. The waterfall edge on the island adds a luxurious flair and creates a beautiful focal point. The flooring, once waterlogged and beyond repair, was replaced with tile. The finishing touches included brushed gold hardware that adds a touch of glamour, and can lighting that brings warmth to the space. What could have been a nightmare turned into an inspiring story of resilience and creativity, leaving the homeowners with a kitchen that not only meets their functional needs but also offers a stunning aesthetic that they are proud to showcase.

The walls were down to the studs. We came in and replaced the drywall, textured, painted, replaced the vanity, and even added an additional piece of countertop for a makeup area. We also repaired the flooring and the tub. The bathroom was left looking fresh and bright.
