Comment: There is nothing worst than to get a call that your first-floor ceiling is leaking water everywhere. I followed the normal protocol in calling my insurance company. The first response was quick but the process was long with the cleanup phase, which required us to move everything into the adjoining rooms on the first floor. Our washer machine was disconnected to repair the source of the leak. Then everything seems to have stopped for weeks. However, in week four, PCR was called for the final phase to put things back together. They were able to fit us in their busy schedule with quick and professional service. Thanks to Luis and the team from PCR, we were able to get our lives back to normal again. You can never tell there was any damage from the leak.
