• Comment: I wanted to take the time to thank you and your staff for helping us through this difficult situation with the utmost professionalism, knowledge, class, and compassion. I particularly want to pass along my gratitude to Nolan for the above mentioned attributes. Nolan was informative, on time, professional, and most of all a genuinely concerned person that my wife and I could take comfort in having in our home to complete the mitigation process. Everything he has shown through this process he should be commended for. Along with Nolan, Angel has been a great worker as well. Nolan is obviously the lead technician and it is apparent through his confidence and knowledge level. With that said, you should know that Angel has done an amazing job as well following the lead of Nolan.
  
  Far too often in our society, companies only receive emails and/or phone calls to the contrary of the tone of this email. My wife and I just wanted to make sure that Pulido Cleaning and Restoration understands the value they are receiving from there employees in the field.
  
  Please pass this up the chain of command to those in charge of running this company so they are aware of the level of commitment they have instilled in there wonderful employees.
  
  Although I hope I never have to call a Restoration company again (for obvious reasons), I would and will highly recommend your company to all of my friends and family in the area based on the great service we received.
